First sales of the book and the target of raising £5,000 for CLIC-Sargent begins.

About the Illustrator Jane Meech

Athough Jane has always had an interest in painting and drawing her painting career really started when she left the Uk for Dubai. There she had time to take a course in using water colours and to experiment and explore.
After two years, Jane moved to Singapore where she carried on with her art, experimenting and using new techniques including using Chinese brush strokes. It was also in Singapore that Jane met Alison, who has done most of the editing for Under the Fountain. Alison and Jane were members of the same dive club and found they had a mutual love of art and the underwater world. Alison mentioned Kathy's book and Jane took up the challenge of illustrating a children's picture book.
